1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility:

We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery and provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, photos, or videos).

1.2 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at suyambusoap@gmail.com and provide order details and supporting evidence.
We may request photos or videos of the issue before approval.

1.3 Return Authorization:

If your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
The RMA number must be clearly mentioned on the return package.
Returns without an RMA may be delayed or rejected.

1.4 Condition of Returned Items:

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In the same condition as received

Products that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund.

1.5 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

2.2 Deductions:

Refund amounts may exclude:

• Original shipping charges

• Return shipping fees (if applicable)

• Restocking fees (if applicable)

3. Cancellations

3.1 Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at suyambusoap@gmail.com.
We can cancel the order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. You may request a return after the item is delivered.
